While hormonal treatments vary from person to person, the basic premise of this therapy involves bioidentical hormones. These man-made, plant-based, hormones, are chemically very similar to the hormones produced by the human body, such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. Doctors use bioidentical hormones to treat men and women whose natural hormones are low or out of balance.

Getting started is easy! Simply start by taking the health assessment and then begin with Step 1. You’ll
receive an initial kit for lab tests, followed by a virtual consultation with one of our expert Functional
Medicine Doctors. From there, you can enroll in our 6-month membership program where we’ll craft a
personalized hormone plan and deliver everything you need to your doorstep, so you start feeling better
and enjoying life fully.

Just follow your body’s symptoms and look for the program that describes those. Once you click there then you will get a free evaluation which will be revised by our Functional Doctor (M.D.)  and/or our Functional Nutrition Counselor (as needed) to give you a well-rounded complete personalized plan. By the way, AlfaGenix is the only Complete Online Program that analyzes different aspects of the most common health conditions in our society and is backed up by clinically proven scientific tests and treatment options.

Once you have signed up for your monthly subscriptions we make sure all the aspects of your health condition have been covered. Since the membership program has been arranged in a very comprehensive way, by having special testing, functional physician evaluation, and personalized compounded medication formulation, we require at least 3 months of membership.  If you want to cancel your membership before the end of your 3 months you will need to pay the 3-month membership value, after that there is no need for any more payments, unless you keep using your membership. If you have been our patient for more than 3 months you may cancel at any time.

We currently offer our services to patients in Florida, Illinois, Virginia, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, but soon to be expanded nationwide.

Our Functional Integrative Providers include Medical Doctors (M.D.), Nutrition Counselors, Sexologists, and Health Coaches.

Our team of Functional Doctors (M.D.) and Functional Nutrition Counselors ensure all health aspects are taken into consideration when recommending your supplements. We offer a personalized formulation for your supplements, based on your testing, which provides a unique treatment approach and minimizes the number of bottles  you will need to take in a day.

Because all insurance companies are different, we cannot guarantee that your insurance provider will cover the costs of our unique personalized therapy program and/or laboratory tests ordered. AlfaGenix is a self-pay program, that takes into consideration conventional and alternative testing and treatment options.

AlfaGenix is a program that has been designed to help patients get their treatment at a better rate considering that most insurance companies will not pay for it. While most of the medications prescribed are available at local pharmacies, the rates will vary and are not part of the membership. Therefore, if you agree to the sign up for any of AlfaGenix Membership Programs the fees for medications and laboratories are included. If you would rather use a local pharmacy, then AlfaGenix is not a good fit for you at this time.

Blood tests measure hormone levels in your blood, while saliva tests analyze hormone levels in your
saliva. Both provide valuable insights, and we’ll recommend the most suitable test for your needs.

Our Functional Medicine Doctors conduct virtual consultations via video calls. You’ll discuss your results,
progress, and any concerns. These appointments offer the convenience of personalized care from the
comfort of your home.

Absolutely. Our Functional Medicine Doctors are available via email and text during business hours
(Monday to Friday) to answer your questions, and you also will count on 24/7 support from our
specialized Alfagenix coaches to guide you through your program.
